My stay at the hotel was memorable due to the stunning location and the unforgettable experiences during the wine festival weekend. The scenery was breathtaking and the staff was mostly friendly, but I did encounter some communication issues that could be improved upon. While the spa treatments were remarkable, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially for non-Polish speakers. Overall, it's a lovely spot but some aspects need attention.
Our stay was mostly enjoyable, with a beautiful lake view that adds a lovely atmosphere to the hotel's terrace and restaurant. Although the food wasn't particularly remarkable and we found the prices a bit steep for the quality offered, the service was outstanding. The room was decent but could definitely use some improvements to align with the premium positioning of the hotel.

I was initially disappointed with the dining option switching to a la carte due to low occupancy, but I ended up loving the quality and size of the meals. However, I did find the prices for food and treatments to be on the higher side compared to what I expected. Overall, a stunning getaway with minor drawbacks in pricing.
